Who is Manning Motorsports ?
Glen Manning is the driver/owner/mechanic portion of the team that makes up Manning Motorsports.
Glen has raced go-carts, dirt bikes and snowmobiles and was introduced to dirt track racing in 2006 while apprenticing towards his diploma in Automotive Mechanics. Glen has been the mechanic for other racing teams and was responsible for building and maintaining numerous racing cars and trucks prior to owning his own. His first racing experience driving on a dirt oval was in a 4 cylinder car in 2007. That same year, he drove the Winnipeg Dodge Superstock car in the mechanics race at Red River Coop Speedway and won it handily. That fall he purchased his own supertruck.
Manning Motorsports is a family affair. Glens dad Randy is his crew chief and his mom, sister, girlfriend, grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends are all vying to be named the noisiest fans at Red River Co-op Speedway (they’ve been known to overpower the noise of the engines!)
